New To CrossFit


We offer a few different options for membership to best serve you. If you are new to CrossFit we recommend one of the CFW Fundamental packages. CFW Fundamentals course is designed to take the guesswork out of CrossFit to help familiarize yourself with the program and the CrossFit Wilsonville community. Over a period of 60 days, our coaches will have the opportunity to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit in private and group classes. Each member will be assessed to determine their goals and needs to be successful at CFW. Once completed you will have a basic understanding of CrossFit Wilsonville’s training including, movement standards, class flow and technique.

Upon completion of the CFW Fundamentals program a variety of package option are available. To read more about those packages see our rates page.
