Athlete of the Month
Paul is a regular at the 5:17am AND 6:30pm class, that’s because he typically works out TWICE a day. His work ethic in the gym has caught the attention of his follow athletes and coaches. Paul is positive, encouraging and always willing to take advice from his coaches and give 110%. Paul is the athlete you keep your eye on in class for the the squat weight to beat. 💪🏼

Who is the person at CFW who most inspires you to push harder?
Wolfgang, Janessa, Steve and dave. They all push me to want to do better. Also the people of the 5:15am class

Rap or rock

If you could eliminate one movement from CrossFit, which one would it be?
Squat snatch or wall walks
What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit?
Watching how my pr's for squats get stronger. And seeing if morning Paul can beat evening Paul
What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit?
Don't compare your self to others. Take your time and learn the movements/ form before adding weight . Don't be afraid to rest.
