Jessica Gurule is a committed 5:17am-er “Varsity” squad member, she rarely ever misses a day even when the WOD is 150 Calories on the Bike. Jessica maybe quiet however her work ethic is mighty.
If you could have a magical power, what would it be?
Energy Blast- unlimited amount of energy. This would help me to never get tired during a WOD.

If you could eliminate one movement from CrossFit, which one would it be?
Assault Bike. We don't like each other :)
What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit?
My biggest accomplishment is squatting over 200#. Next will be 2 times my body weight. Also gaining 20#s
What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit?
Come in every day with a positive attitude and do not get discourage if you cannot do a movement or lift a ton of weight. This comes with time and being consistent. Most important is have fun!
