Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Wilsonville!

All athletes new to CrossFit will work with a coach in 1:1 sessions first. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you and teach you the CrossFit basics. Depending on your experience, it may take one to three 1:1 sessions before you transition into the regular classes.
